5. Payment Terms

Refund Policy
Refunds are only applicable under the following conditions: The project has not been started or assigned to a designer. The client cancels the order within 24 hours of payment. There is a proven failure on our part to deliver agreed-upon service
2. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued for: Change of mind after project work has begun. Delays caused by incomplete client data or lack of communication. Dissatisfaction with subjective aesthetics after client approval of drafts
3. Partial Refunds
If only part of the service was delivered or work was partially completed, a partial refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis, minus time and resources spent.
